Biography

Sean McCanty is a PhD candidate in Environmental Biology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. His research concerns the impact freshwater restoration has on ecosystem biodiversity, with a particular focus on the conversion of former cranberry bogs to functional wetland/stream systems. He currently teaches Wetland Ecology as part of the Marine Studies Consortium.
